Hatha Yoga, a unique style of Yoga developed by Bihar School of Yoga provides intense harmony and absolute purity to the body system and mental structure. This variety of Yoga also prepares the mind as well as body to evolve an advanced level of awareness, well-being and clarity. The distinct kind of Asanas (postures), help to attain a perfect balance between the body and the mind in combination with Pranayama (breathing practice).
