caroline chin | dancer & marketing executive

Caroline is a performer from Singapore with a background in Theatre and Dance. She graduated from the Intercultural Theatre Institute in 2018 with a professional diploma in Acting and has been training with Chowk since 2016. Prior to that, she has also trained in Contemporary dance and Butoh.

Her collaborations with Chowk began in 2019 where she performed as both a musician and dancer in Pallavi with Stillness, from: The Platform. She has also performed with local and international companies touring across India, Mexico, and Bangkok. Her recent independent works include i have nothing to do with explosions performed at the M1 Contact Contemporary Dance Festival and Waltz of the Flower.

Caroline hopes to grow the company to new heights by continually challenging and dissolving boundaries whilst creating independent works of her own across other mediums and art forms.
